Skilled Labourers
As a skilled labourer at OCJ Contracting, you will play a vital role in our construction project. We are looking for individuals who are reliable, hard-working, and have a strong work ethic. Your responsibilities will include:
~ Site preparation: Clearing and setting up construction sites.
~ Material Handling: Transporting and organizing materials.
~ Concrete Work: Assisting with mixing, pouring and finishing concrete.
~ Carpentry: Supporting framing, roofing, and other woodwork tasks.
~ Installation: Helping with the installation of windows, doors, and fixtures.
~ Site Maintenance and Cleanup: Ensuring the site is clean, safe and organized.
Security Personnel
OCJ Contracting is also seeking dedicated security personnel to ensure the safety and security of our construction site. Ideal candidates will have a keen eye for detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to respond quickly in emergencies. Responsibilities include:
~ Access Control: Managing entry and exit points to prevent unauthorized access.
~ Surveillance: Monitoring using CCTV and other surveillance equipment.
~ Patrolling: Conducting regular patrols to detect and deter suspicious activities.
